The team: Sami, Razan, Faris, Dana

Who is on the team?

Noor for marketing, Sami for sales enablement, Razan for finance and pricing, Faris for go-to-market and growth, Dana for reports, dashboards and decks, Majed the executive advisor (strategy, OKRs, decision memos), Layan for product and retention, and Reem the secretary for your brand's marketing to-dos and follow-ups. They all read the same brand file and memory files, and everything they produce waits in your inbox.

How do I talk to Sami or Razan?

In chat, pick the name above the message window; each agent gets their own conversation. Or on “Ask Noor”, use the buttons under the agent's name.

What does Sami know about sales?

A skills playbook: 0-100 lead scoring, discovery scripts, objection sheet, 7-touch follow-up cadence, proposals and closing, pipeline hygiene, adapted for the Gulf (WhatsApp, Ramadan, family businesses, SAR and VAT).

Are Razan's and Dana's numbers real?

They are instructed never to invent numbers. Dana reads your workspace numbers (items, approvals, publishing, credits) automatically, and your store's orders and revenue from the last sync once Salla, Shopify or Zid is connected; other figures come from your notes or a file. Anything unknown is written as [number] with a note on what to track.

How do I download the board deck?

Ask Dana for “Board / investor deck” (5 credits), then click “Download PowerPoint” on the item in the inbox or on the Reports page. It opens in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides with speaker notes.

The Reports page?

A live dashboard of your workspace: created, approved and published this month vs last, the last 8 weeks, by type and channel, plus Dana's buttons for the weekly report, dashboard spec and deck.

What is Majed's handoff?

Majed, the executive advisor, leads the team: when your goal needs another agent's work (a marketing plan from Noor, a pricing review from Razan, a go-to-market plan from Faris…) he does not write it himself; he proposes a handoff of one to three items. A card under his reply shows, for each item, the agent who will write it, the type, Majed's brief and the cost in credits. Nothing runs and no credits are charged until you press Run on an item or Run all (unless you turn on Majed's auto-run in Governance), and you can decline any item. What gets written lands in the approval inbox like any batch, marked "from Majed's handoff". Majed's brief is only a request for work: no figure, price or claim is taken from it. Handoffs are in the app's chat only, not over MCP.

What is “My to-dos”, and who is Reem?

Reem, the secretary, follows your brand's marketing within your Thakeen subscription and keeps your list for it: what you owe and what others owe you, with dates in your brand's local time (Riyadh, Dubai, Muscat, Kuwait, Doha or Manama, set in the brand file). Tell her in chat “add: call the designer Thursday at 10am about the campaign artwork” and she saves it and reads the date back. She does not take on anything outside your brand's marketing, such as personal errands or the rest of your business's operations: she says so in one line and what she can do instead. The My to-dos page gathers what is overdue, due today, waiting for your confirmation and waiting on others. Reem never closes an item herself: she proposes it is done and you confirm by writing what was done. Her list is free, no credits; talking to her in chat counts toward your chat messages like any chat. Today's and overdue items appear in the morning brief (at 08:00 for a brand on Riyadh, Kuwait, Doha or Manama time, 09:00 on Dubai or Muscat time); each overdue item gets an in-app alert on the day it falls behind and 1, 3 and 7 days later, then stays in the brief only, and for what someone outside the team owes you those are working days, so no such alert comes on the weekend, at Eid or on an official holiday; something another person owes you without a date comes up to follow up after two working days; there is no alert at the due time itself, but you can ask for a reminder at a set time on My to-dos or from Reem: it arrives in the app, and by email per your preference, and the page says whether it comes at its time or with the next morning brief. An evening wrap lists what was done today and what comes first tomorrow, when there is something to say. Reminders on WhatsApp and Telegram are not available yet.

What are “Working days” and “Away” on My to-dos?

Reem does not suggest following up with anyone outside the team on the weekend, at Eid, on your brand's country's official holidays or on days you add, and in Ramadan only within the chasing hours, 10:00 to 15:00 unless you change them; the item shows why it waits. Your own to-dos, your reminders and what the team's agents owe you keep running. In the Working days panel the owner or an admin changes the weekend and the Ramadan hours, moves Eid a day earlier or later when it is announced on another day, and adds or turns off days; members see it only. Eid and holiday dates are computed from the Umm al-Qura calendar and your country's official private-sector holidays, so check the official announcement. In the Away panel any member can note that someone is away until a day: Reem does not suggest following up with them until they are back, and the first alert about what they owe after that says they are back. If you tell Reem in chat that someone is travelling, she proposes it on a card under her reply, and nothing is saved until someone on the account presses Save. Working days cannot be changed from chat or over MCP.

How do I make a to-do repeat?

Give the to-do a date, then press Repeat on it and choose every day, working day, week, month or year, or a Hijri month or year; you can set the gap (every two weeks, say), the weekdays, the day of the month, an end date or a number of times, and a reminder before the due time. Or tell Reem in chat “repeat it every Sunday”: she sets it and reads the rule back in words. When you close one copy the next opens by itself on the next date, at the same time of day, and missed dates never pile up. Skip closes the current copy without doing it and opens the next; Stop repeat keeps the copy and opens no more. Skipping, stopping and ending a repeat are yours alone on My to-dos, not from chat or over MCP. If you reopen a closed copy, the next copy is deleted when you have not touched it; otherwise both stay open and a note on the reopened copy says so. Closed copies are deleted some time after they close, and you are warned first, in the app and, per your email preference, by email; from History you keep the to-do's record or download it as a CSV.

How do I see my to-dos in my phone's calendar?

On My to-dos find the card “Subscribe from your calendar” and press Create my link. The link is shown once, with a webcal:// version of it; copy it. On iPhone: Settings > Apps > Calendar > Calendar Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar. In Google Calendar: Other calendars > From URL, and paste the https link (Google does not accept webcal://). In Outlook: Add calendar > Subscribe from web. The calendar shows your open to-dos that have a date, nearest first, with the title, the date and whether it is yours or you are waiting on someone, but not the to-do's notes or any contact's phone number. Anyone with the link sees those titles, so share it with no one; if you shared it by mistake press Renew the link and the old one stops at once. Your calendar app updates on its own schedule, so a change can take a while to appear. Each member of the account has their own link from My to-dos. The link stops when its owner changes or resets their password, is removed from the account, or the account is deleted. When the account owner resets their password, the members' links stop too; the owner merely changing their password ends only their own link.

How do I connect Cal.com or Calendly so each booking reaches My to-dos?

You do not have to type the meeting in. On My to-dos find the Bookings card. With Cal.com press Connect and a URL and a key are shown once; in Cal.com open Settings, then Developer, then Webhooks, then New, paste the URL, paste the key as the secret, and tick Booking created, Booking cancelled and Booking rescheduled. With Calendly paste a personal access token from your account: it is used once to create the connection and is never saved, and Calendly needs its Standard plan or higher. After that every booking shows up as a to-do with its time, titled “Meeting with” followed by the booker’s name, moves when it is rescheduled and is removed when it is cancelled. We keep only the booker’s name, the meeting type’s name and the time, not their email or phone. Anyone holding both the URL and the key can add meetings to your list, and anyone who knows the URL alone can flood the address and crowd out real bookings, so keep them private; if you shared them by mistake press Renew and the old ones stop at once. After you stop or renew a Calendly connection the old webhook stays at Calendly because we never keep your token, so delete it in your Calendly account, or it switches itself off after repeated failures.

How does Reem help after a meeting a customer booked?

Once the meeting time has passed, its to-do on My to-dos shows a Meeting follow-up button. Type your notes (free), paste the transcript, or choose a txt, vtt or srt file (it is read in your browser, not uploaded) and Reem suggests the follow-up tasks. Edit each task's title, who does it and its due day, remove any you do not want, then press Approve selected. Nothing is created on your list before that, and a task given to an agent does not run it: it is added as an item waiting on that agent. Reading a transcript costs a credit amount you see beside the button before you press it, and it is returned if the text cannot be read or Reem finds no task. We do not keep the text after it is read.

How does Reem know my meetings?

The account owner links one marketing calendar from the Marketing calendar card on My to-dos (Google or Outlook), read only. Reem reads each meeting's time and title only, and never attendees, descriptions or other calendars; she never writes to the calendar, accepts an invitation or books a slot. If your email is not on your brand's website domain, you confirm that this calendar is only for your brand's marketing. Then Reem shows today's meetings on your list, holds a reminder whose time falls inside a meeting until it ends (four hours at most), and suggests open times inside the working hours you set under Working days; you do the booking. Disconnect it any time with the Disconnect button on the card.
