Search, ask Noor in chat “how do I…”, or message us.
Getting started
How do I start?
Sign up, give Noor your website or store URL, and she writes your brand file and a 90-day plan. Then ask her for a first batch in chat.
My site isn't live yet / I have no site
Click “I'd rather fill the form manually” on the start page. You can run URL setup later.
How do I change dialect or tone?
From “Brand file” in the menu, or tell Noor in chat: “our tone is premium and calm” and she saves it.
Chat vs “Ask Noor”?
Same engine. Chat understands free requests and remembers context; “Ask Noor” is quick buttons for the six types.
Credits and plans
What does each task cost?
Weekly plan 2 · 10 posts 10 · article 2 · 3 WhatsApp 3 · 5 ads 5 · 3 Google posts 3 · image 1-2 · video 12-24 · your first brand's setup free, each added brand's setup from its URL 9.
What happens when credits run out?
Noor tells you and pauses new generation; your inbox stays. Upgrade or request a top-up from Subscription.
What happens when my chat messages run out?
Each plan includes chat messages with the team: Starter 250, Pro 650 and Business 1,300 a month, renewed on the 1st (UTC), and 30 for the whole trial. They are shared by every seat, brand and connected app of the account, and a message that fails is not counted. When they run out, chat pauses until the 1st (on the trial, until you pick a plan), unless the owner turns on "continue on credits" on the Subscription page (paid plans only): each extra message then needs at least 2 credits in your balance and, after the reply, is billed what it actually cost, at most 2 credits; with fewer than 2 credits in your balance, chat pauses too. Content, images and other work you ask for in chat cost their credits as usual.
The free trial?
3 days, 50 credits, no card. Then pick a plan: Starter 299, Pro 499, Business 999 SAR/month, or Agency by contract.
How do I pay?
From Subscription via payment link or WhatsApp. Your plan is activated manually after payment.
How do I earn free credits?
Share your referral link from “Earn credits”: 50 for your friend when they sign up, and 50 for you when they make their first payment (up to 10 bonuses a month).
The team: Sami, Razan, Faris, Dana
Who is on the team?
Noor for marketing, Sami for sales enablement, Razan for finance and pricing, Faris for go-to-market and growth, Dana for reports, dashboards and decks, Majed the executive advisor (strategy, OKRs, decision memos), Layan for product and retention, and Reem the secretary for your brand's marketing to-dos and follow-ups. They all read the same brand file and memory files, and everything they produce waits in your inbox.
How do I talk to Sami or Razan?
In chat, pick the name above the message window; each agent gets their own conversation. Or on “Ask Noor”, use the buttons under the agent's name.
What does Sami know about sales?
A skills playbook: 0-100 lead scoring, discovery scripts, objection sheet, 7-touch follow-up cadence, proposals and closing, pipeline hygiene, adapted for the Gulf (WhatsApp, Ramadan, family businesses, SAR and VAT).
Are Razan's and Dana's numbers real?
They are instructed never to invent numbers. Dana reads your workspace numbers (items, approvals, publishing, credits) automatically, and your store's orders and revenue from the last sync once Salla, Shopify or Zid is connected; other figures come from your notes or a file. Anything unknown is written as [number] with a note on what to track.
How do I download the board deck?
Ask Dana for “Board / investor deck” (5 credits), then click “Download PowerPoint” on the item in the inbox or on the Reports page. It opens in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides with speaker notes.
The Reports page?
A live dashboard of your workspace: created, approved and published this month vs last, the last 8 weeks, by type and channel, plus Dana's buttons for the weekly report, dashboard spec and deck.
What is Majed's handoff?
Majed, the executive advisor, leads the team: when your goal needs another agent's work (a marketing plan from Noor, a pricing review from Razan, a go-to-market plan from Faris…) he does not write it himself; he proposes a handoff of one to three items. A card under his reply shows, for each item, the agent who will write it, the type, Majed's brief and the cost in credits. Nothing runs and no credits are charged until you press Run on an item or Run all (unless you turn on Majed's auto-run in Governance), and you can decline any item. What gets written lands in the approval inbox like any batch, marked "from Majed's handoff". Majed's brief is only a request for work: no figure, price or claim is taken from it. Handoffs are in the app's chat only, not over MCP.
What is “My to-dos”, and who is Reem?
Reem, the secretary, follows your brand's marketing within your Thakeen subscription and keeps your list for it: what you owe and what others owe you, with dates in your brand's local time (Riyadh, Dubai, Muscat, Kuwait, Doha or Manama, set in the brand file). Tell her in chat “add: call the designer Thursday at 10am about the campaign artwork” and she saves it and reads the date back. She does not take on anything outside your brand's marketing, such as personal errands or the rest of your business's operations: she says so in one line and what she can do instead. The My to-dos page gathers what is overdue, due today, waiting for your confirmation and waiting on others. Reem never closes an item herself: she proposes it is done and you confirm by writing what was done. Her list is free, no credits; talking to her in chat counts toward your chat messages like any chat. Today's and overdue items appear in the morning brief (at 08:00 for a brand on Riyadh, Kuwait, Doha or Manama time, 09:00 on Dubai or Muscat time); each overdue item gets an in-app alert on the day it falls behind and 1, 3 and 7 days later, then stays in the brief only, and for what someone outside the team owes you those are working days, so no such alert comes on the weekend, at Eid or on an official holiday; something another person owes you without a date comes up to follow up after two working days; there is no alert at the due time itself, but you can ask for a reminder at a set time on My to-dos or from Reem: it arrives in the app, and by email per your preference, and the page says whether it comes at its time or with the next morning brief. An evening wrap lists what was done today and what comes first tomorrow, when there is something to say. Reminders on WhatsApp and Telegram are not available yet.
What are “Working days” and “Away” on My to-dos?
Reem does not suggest following up with anyone outside the team on the weekend, at Eid, on your brand's country's official holidays or on days you add, and in Ramadan only within the chasing hours, 10:00 to 15:00 unless you change them; the item shows why it waits. Your own to-dos, your reminders and what the team's agents owe you keep running. In the Working days panel the owner or an admin changes the weekend and the Ramadan hours, moves Eid a day earlier or later when it is announced on another day, and adds or turns off days; members see it only. Eid and holiday dates are computed from the Umm al-Qura calendar and your country's official private-sector holidays, so check the official announcement. In the Away panel any member can note that someone is away until a day: Reem does not suggest following up with them until they are back, and the first alert about what they owe after that says they are back. If you tell Reem in chat that someone is travelling, she proposes it on a card under her reply, and nothing is saved until someone on the account presses Save. Working days cannot be changed from chat or over MCP.
How do I make a to-do repeat?
Give the to-do a date, then press Repeat on it and choose every day, working day, week, month or year, or a Hijri month or year; you can set the gap (every two weeks, say), the weekdays, the day of the month, an end date or a number of times, and a reminder before the due time. Or tell Reem in chat “repeat it every Sunday”: she sets it and reads the rule back in words. When you close one copy the next opens by itself on the next date, at the same time of day, and missed dates never pile up. Skip closes the current copy without doing it and opens the next; Stop repeat keeps the copy and opens no more. Skipping, stopping and ending a repeat are yours alone on My to-dos, not from chat or over MCP. If you reopen a closed copy, the next copy is deleted when you have not touched it; otherwise both stay open and a note on the reopened copy says so. Closed copies are deleted some time after they close, and you are warned first, in the app and, per your email preference, by email; from History you keep the to-do's record or download it as a CSV.
How do I see my to-dos in my phone's calendar?
On My to-dos find the card “Subscribe from your calendar” and press Create my link. The link is shown once, with a webcal:// version of it; copy it. On iPhone: Settings > Apps > Calendar > Calendar Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar. In Google Calendar: Other calendars > From URL, and paste the https link (Google does not accept webcal://). In Outlook: Add calendar > Subscribe from web. The calendar shows your open to-dos that have a date, nearest first, with the title, the date and whether it is yours or you are waiting on someone, but not the to-do's notes or any contact's phone number. Anyone with the link sees those titles, so share it with no one; if you shared it by mistake press Renew the link and the old one stops at once. Your calendar app updates on its own schedule, so a change can take a while to appear. Each member of the account has their own link from My to-dos. The link stops when its owner changes or resets their password, is removed from the account, or the account is deleted. When the account owner resets their password, the members' links stop too; the owner merely changing their password ends only their own link.
How do I connect Cal.com or Calendly so each booking reaches My to-dos?
You do not have to type the meeting in. On My to-dos find the Bookings card. With Cal.com press Connect and a URL and a key are shown once; in Cal.com open Settings, then Developer, then Webhooks, then New, paste the URL, paste the key as the secret, and tick Booking created, Booking cancelled and Booking rescheduled. With Calendly paste a personal access token from your account: it is used once to create the connection and is never saved, and Calendly needs its Standard plan or higher. After that every booking shows up as a to-do with its time, titled “Meeting with” followed by the booker’s name, moves when it is rescheduled and is removed when it is cancelled. We keep only the booker’s name, the meeting type’s name and the time, not their email or phone. Anyone holding both the URL and the key can add meetings to your list, and anyone who knows the URL alone can flood the address and crowd out real bookings, so keep them private; if you shared them by mistake press Renew and the old ones stop at once. After you stop or renew a Calendly connection the old webhook stays at Calendly because we never keep your token, so delete it in your Calendly account, or it switches itself off after repeated failures.
How does Reem help after a meeting a customer booked?
Once the meeting time has passed, its to-do on My to-dos shows a Meeting follow-up button. Type your notes (free), paste the transcript, or choose a txt, vtt or srt file (it is read in your browser, not uploaded) and Reem suggests the follow-up tasks. Edit each task's title, who does it and its due day, remove any you do not want, then press Approve selected. Nothing is created on your list before that, and a task given to an agent does not run it: it is added as an item waiting on that agent. Reading a transcript costs a credit amount you see beside the button before you press it, and it is returned if the text cannot be read or Reem finds no task. We do not keep the text after it is read.
How does Reem know my meetings?
The account owner links one marketing calendar from the Marketing calendar card on My to-dos (Google or Outlook), read only. Reem reads each meeting's time and title only, and never attendees, descriptions or other calendars; she never writes to the calendar, accepts an invitation or books a slot. If your email is not on your brand's website domain, you confirm that this calendar is only for your brand's marketing. Then Reem shows today's meetings on your list, holds a reminder whose time falls inside a meeting until it ends (four hours at most), and suggests open times inside the working hours you set under Working days; you do the booking. Disconnect it any time with the Disconnect button on the card.
Inbox and files
Does Noor publish without permission?
No. Every item waits for approval, except types you set to auto-approve in Governance. Nothing is published until you click “Publish to…” or ask Noor to publish it.
How does Noor learn from my edits?
Every edit or rejection (with reason) is written to preferences.md and read on every later generation.
What are the files?
Noor's memory: brand.md, products.md, strategy.md, market-research.md, preferences.md, and store-sales.md once Salla, Shopify or Zid is connected and synced (the source of her abandoned-cart recovery drafts), and performance-learnings.md once you upload a campaign CSV on the performance page, which she reads on every generation. Edit them or add your own; she opens a file you add when you ask her in chat.
How do I add images and files from my device, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud?
In Files, under Image and video library: Upload an image takes an image up to 5 MB, and Upload a text file takes a TXT, MD or CSV file. Once Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive is connected on the Integrations page, search it by file name and press Import, and save any image or video to it with Save to. Apple offers no way for a web app to link iCloud Drive, so there is no connect button for it: on iPhone and iPad the upload button opens the Files app, which includes iCloud Drive.
How do I import my products?
Files → “Import store products”, or tell Noor “import my products”. She reads your sitemap and product pages. If none found, send her 3–5 product links.
Images?
“Generate image” on social posts, ads, Google posts and WhatsApp messages, with a choice among the available styles, each shown with its price (1 or 2 credits). Noor writes the image description from the post and your brand; while content creation is paused, a fixed description of your brand is used. Some styles build on the post's current image. Arabic lettering inside images is not supported yet. If a render does not finish, the credits come back automatically.
Video?
“Generate video” on social posts and ads, 12 or 24 credits depending on the style. A render takes a few minutes; the page can be left, and a notification arrives when it ends. The clip can be watched and downloaded in the inbox. Publishing video from Thakeen is not available yet. If a render does not finish, the credits come back automatically. A trial account gets one clip, from Quick clip, Clip with sound or Photo to motion.
Calendar?
Set a publish date from the inbox; the item appears on the calendar. Nothing is posted automatically on that date; Noor reminds you when an approved item is due.
Connecting and publishing
Which platforms connect today?
Today: WordPress (application password), WooCommerce, Odoo, PrestaShop, Telegram. X, Shopify, Salla, Zid, Facebook and Instagram are built and appear the moment platforms approve us (Instagram publishes posts that have a generated image). Click “I want this” to set priority.
How do I publish an article to WordPress?
Integrations → WordPress → Connect (site URL, username, application password from your WordPress profile). Then “Publish to wordpress” appears on every article. Saved as a draft for review.
Where are tokens stored?
Encrypted (AES-256) in our database, never displayed, deleted immediately on disconnect.
WhatsApp?
Noor writes template-ready messages now, and you send them yourself. Sending straight from Thakeen through the WhatsApp Business API is not built yet (coming soon).
Scheduled tasks and governance
What does Noor do on her own?
A weekly plan every Sunday 06:00 (2 credits) and a daily morning brief 08:00 (free), KSA time. The weekly plan is on by default for your first brand; added brands run it once you switch it on. Toggle or run now from “Tasks”.
Governance?
Auto-approve per type, second reviewer, cross-agent review, learning from edits, no em-dashes, weekly cap, a monthly credit cap per agent, and Majed's auto-run (off by default). The latest 100 changes are kept in the change history with who made each and when, and you can restore the settings as they were before any change.
Where do I see what each agent did?
On the Activity page: every batch, the judge's scores, the agents' reviews of each other's work, each decision and publish, images and videos, routines, added brands' setup and governance changes, with who did it, when and how many credits. Filter by agent or event, and download the whole log as a CSV file. The latest 2000 events are kept per brand.
The second reviewer?
A second model checks every item for compliance (health, real estate, legal) and brand voice before it reaches you. Slightly slower; can be turned off.
Cross-agent review?
Razan checks the numbers in Faris's growth and go-to-market plans, Dana's board decks, and Majed's strategy reviews and decision memos: totals, percentages, VAT, and that every unknown figure is written as a placeholder. Majed checks the strategy in Razan's pricing reviews and Faris's go-to-market plans. They write notes only and never change the text; the notes show on the item's card in the inbox. An item with a note waits for your decision even when its type is auto-approved. No credits; on by default; you can switch it off in Governance. Drafts your own assistant saves through MCP are not reviewed and carry an "unreviewed" chip.
Majed's auto-run?
A Governance switch, off by default. It can be turned on only when at least one agent Majed hands work to has a monthly cap, and it asks for your confirmation. When on, Thakeen may start by itself, at the daily run at 06:00 UTC, one item a day per brand of a handoff Majed proposed to you, the owner, in chat in the last 7 days, without waiting for Run; only items for an agent with a monthly cap, only handoffs of at most 3 items and 12 credits in all, and within the weekly cap. The item's credits are charged to its agent under that cap, what it writes always waits for your approval, even for auto-approved types, and you are told each time; the Activity page shows it as "Majed's auto-run". Handoffs asked for by a member, Thakeen support or a connected app never start on their own, and an item that did not complete waits for you. Only a handoff whose card reached your chat can start: if Majed's reply failed, or you deleted the conversation, it never starts on its own. Under the switch, Governance lists what the auto-run may start next, with Decline. Switching it off stops every run after that.
MCP and your AI assistant
How do I use Noor inside my AI assistant?
Any assistant that supports MCP connects to Thakeen's address: https://thakeen.com/api/mcp. Add it as a custom connector in your assistant's settings and sign in, or generate a personal token on the MCP page for clients that ask for one. Each client's steps are on the MCP page. Tools: ask_noor, generate_content, list_inbox, read_file.
Lost the token?
Generate a new one; the old one is revoked automatically.
Privacy and account
Are models trained on my data?
Thakeen does not train models on your data, and your preferences are private to your account. To make images and video, the image description and the post's image go to our media providers; Higgsfield's terms allow it to use inputs and outputs to improve its models, and kie.ai's allow it to use content to improve its service. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, Danger zone: “Download my data” gives you a copy, and “Delete my account” with your password deletes your account, brands, files, content and connection tokens from Thakeen immediately, and this cannot be undone. Our private copies of your generated images and videos on Hostinger are deleted with it; older copies on Vercel Blob are not removed by this step. What you published stays with the platforms, some images stay at our image provider fal.ai at their own short-lived link, and render records expire on their own within 14 days; support can remove anything else on request through the Help Center form.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings, Danger zone, “Download my data” (owner only): one JSON file of your account, consent record, plan, credits, brands, tasks, files, chats and connected accounts, without passwords or tokens. 3 times an hour.
Who processes my data?
Hosting: Hostinger. Data: Upstash. Images and video: fal.ai, kie.ai, Higgsfield, with our private copy on Hostinger (older copies on Vercel Blob until we move them). Email: Resend. Some connected accounts: Composio. When switched on: the Straitly gateway, Cloudflare Turnstile, Paymob. The privacy policy has the full list.
