Brands by plan
Each plan includes a number of active brands: trial 1, Starter 1, Pro 2, Business 5, and Agency as agreed. Archived brands do not count. An account with more brands than its plan includes keeps all of them working, and cannot add a new one or restore an archived one until it is within the number.

Reem knows your meetings from your marketing calendar
The account owner links one marketing calendar from Google or Outlook, read only: each meeting's time and title, nothing else. Reem shows today's meetings on your list, holds a reminder that falls inside a meeting until it ends, and suggests open times inside the new working hours under Working days; you do the booking.

Reem proposes the follow-up tasks after a meeting
Once a meeting booked through Cal.com or Calendly has started, its to-do shows a Meeting follow-up button. Type your notes, paste the meeting transcript or choose a txt, vtt or srt file and Reem suggests tasks. You can edit each one's title, who does it and its due day, then pick the ones you want and press Approve selected. Nothing is created on your list before you approve, and a task given to an agent does not run it: it is added as an item waiting on that agent. Notes are free; reading a transcript costs a credit amount shown before you press the button, and it is returned if the text cannot be read. We do not keep the text after it is read. Reem can also suggest these tasks in chat, and they wait for your approval on the meeting's own item.

Your bookings arrive on My to-dos
Connect Cal.com or Calendly from the Bookings card on My to-dos, and every meeting one of your customers books appears as a to-do with its time, moves when it is rescheduled and is removed when it is cancelled. For Cal.com you copy a URL and a key, shown once, paste them into the webhook settings and tick the three booking events: created, cancelled and rescheduled. For Calendly you paste your personal access token once and we set the connection up for you, without keeping the token; Calendly needs its Standard plan or higher. We keep only the booker's name, the meeting type's name and the time, not their email or phone. Keep the URL and the key private, and renew them if you shared them by mistake: the old ones stop at once. Stopping or renewing a Calendly connection leaves the old webhook at Calendly because we never keep your token, so delete it there.

Your to-dos in your calendar app
From My to-dos you create a private link to add to the iPhone, Google or Outlook calendar, and your open to-dos that have a date show up in it, nearest first. The link is shown once, when you create it; after that you can renew or stop it whenever you like. Anyone holding the link sees the titles and dates of your to-dos and whether each is yours or one you are waiting on, but not their notes or contacts' phone numbers, so share it with no one. Your calendar app updates on its own schedule, so a change can take a while to appear. The link stops when its owner changes or resets their password, is removed from the account, or the account is deleted. When the account owner resets their password, the members' links stop too.

Repeating to-dos on My to-dos
A to-do can now repeat: every day, working day, week, month or year, on the Gregorian or the Hijri calendar. Set it on My to-dos or ask Reem in chat. When you close one copy, the next opens by itself on the next date, and you can skip one copy or stop the repeat from the page. Closed copies of a repeating to-do are deleted some time after they close, after a warning in the app and by email, and you can keep a to-do's history or download it as a CSV from its history page. Reem sets a repeat when you ask her to, but skipping, stopping and ending a repeat are yours alone.

Reem knows your working days and who is away
Reem does not suggest following up with anyone outside the team on the weekend, at Eid or on your brand's country's official holidays, and in Ramadan only within the chasing hours, 10:00 to 15:00 unless you change them; the item says why it waits. On My to-dos, the Working days panel lets the owner or an admin change the weekend, the Ramadan hours, the Eid day and the holidays, and the Away panel lets any member note who is away until a day. Tell Reem in chat that someone is travelling and she proposes it on a card; nothing is saved until you press Save. Your own to-dos and reminders keep running.

Monthly chat messages
Every plan now includes chat messages with the team: Starter 250, Pro 650 and Business 1,300 a month, renewed on the 1st (UTC), and 30 for the whole trial; a message that fails is not counted. When they run out, chat pauses until the 1st (on the trial, until a plan is chosen), unless the owner chooses to continue on credits on the Subscription page: each extra message is charged its real cost, at most 2 credits, and needs at least 2 credits in the balance. Content and images you ask for in chat are charged as before.
- New
Opt-in auto-run for handoffs
A new Governance switch, off by default. If you turn it on, which needs a monthly cap on at least one agent Majed hands work to and your confirmation, Thakeen may start one item a day of a handoff Majed proposed to you in the last 7 days, charged under that item's agent cap and within the weekly cap. What it writes always waits for your approval and you are told each time; handoffs a member or a connected app asked for never start on their own.
- New
Majed leads the team with handoffs
When your goal needs another agent's work, Majed proposes a handoff of one to three items in chat: each with the agent who will write it, his brief and its cost. Nothing runs and no credits are charged until you press Run (unless you turn on Majed's auto-run in Governance), and you can decline any item. The work lands in the approval inbox marked "from Majed's handoff".
- New
Agents review one another
Razan checks the numbers in growth plans, decks and strategy memos, and Majed checks the strategy in pricing reviews and go-to-market plans. Notes only, shown on the item's card, and an item with a note waits for your decision even under auto-approve. No credits; you can switch it off in Governance.
- New
New plans and prices
Starter 299, Pro 499 and Business 999 SAR a month, excluding VAT, and Agency by contract. Your first brand's setup is free, setting up each added brand from its URL is 9 credits, and the Sunday plan runs on its own for your first brand while added brands switch it on in Tasks. Three tasks now cost more: the weekly plan 2 credits, the weekly report 3 and the follow-up cadence 4.
- New
An activity log for every agent
The Activity page shows what each agent did in your brand: batches, judging, decisions, publishing, images and videos, routines and governance changes, with who did it and when. Filter by agent or event, and download the log as a CSV file.
- New
Governance change history with restore
The Governance page lists the latest changes to its settings: when, who made each, and what changed. Restore the settings as they were before any change; the restore is recorded as a new change.
- New
Recurring routines for more agents
Turn on the ones you want: Dana's weekly report, Noor's cart-recovery messages, Razan's monthly cash forecast and Majed's monthly review.
- New
A monthly credit cap per agent
Set in Governance how much each agent may spend a month, with a notice at 80%.
- Improved
Agents learn from your decisions
Each agent sees your recent approvals, edits and notes on its own work before it drafts the next batch. You can switch this off in Governance.
- Fixed
A shared link no longer sets up your workspace
When a signup link carries a site address, you confirm the site yourself before your brand file is built.
- Improved
A reviewer for every agent, and your goal in every task
Each agent's drafts are checked by a reviewer that knows its role, and the goal you set at onboarding reaches every agent.
- New
Brand word guard
Words you ban in your brand file now block approving and publishing any draft that contains them, and the editor flags them as you type.
